Last day of our Portland trip we stopped by Tin Shed Garden Cafe for breakfast. This restaurant was very dog friendly and serves up local and organic foods.
I picked the Sweet Chix breakfast plate, which was a scramble of chicken apple sausage, sweet onion, roasted red pepper, basil, and brie cheese. This breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of sweetness from the onion and roasted red pepper, and the chicken apple sausage just tastes so clean and bright. It was a light, fresh, and very satisfying meal.
Other plates on our table that the rest of us enjoyed were a breakfast burrito called Spike Lee, and the special of the day.
This place does get really busy, we originally were coming here the day before, but changed our minds to come first thing the next morning after we saw the line up out the door. I don’t think this place is over rated, I’d definitely come back here again.
