Sadly this and Earl of Sandwich were the two restaurants on my list of 8 restaurants that I got to try on this Vegas trip as most of the time was spent doing family stuff. Le Burger Brasserie is located in Paris, and it’s quite a ways in there. I was greeted at the front by a really hot hostess! Anyway, we were seated immediately. Obviously they specialize in burgers, and when researching this place, I think they had a $777 burger. It’s $777 because aside from the extravagant ingredients in the burger, it also came with a bottle of Dom Perignon.
Anyway, I ordered a combo meal which was any burger, fries, and shake for $20. For my burger I chose le Paris which comes topped with Brie, caramelized onions, and applewood smoked bacon in a caramelized onion bun baked in house daily. My burger was delicious, and massive. Very juicy. The brie and crisp bacon was a really nice addition. The bread was really good too, with a nice soft onion baked on top. It added a really nice sweetness to the burger. The brie still had the rind on, which I don’t really like, but other than that I was happy with it. The fries were perfect too, thin cut potatoes, and crisp, and airy. The milkshake wasn’t very good though, it wasn’t mixed well.
My family ordered the pommes frites au bleu-bleu cheese fries, l’American burger, le bleu burger, and steak et fromage-french dip cheesesteak. My brother is the one who loves bleu cheese, and that’s why he got the bleu cheese fries, and the bleu cheese burger. The bleu cheese fries was also mixed with Brie, bacon, and avocado so it was very rich. The bleu cheese wasn’t too strong though, which is a good thing for me. I just like a little bit of that pungency. And the fries were perfect here too.
