Fuji Bakery is a place we visit often whenever we finish a meal at either Mike’s Noodle House or other restaurants in Seattle’s Chinatown.
This small Japanese bakery has many pastry selections. I’d always get something different from here. This time I got a custard bun for a dessert after a meal at Henry’s Taiwan. It was a delicious bun with soft bread and a filling that is not too sweet.
I’ve also tried other pastries such as the raspberry coconut, chocolate, and raspberry & dark chocolate croissant. It is a nice place to drop by for one small or many desserts.
