Our Thoughts:
This Microplane 35002 Home Series Fine Grater is definitely worth the money. You can grate snow from a hard parmesan block fast and effortlessly.

I didn’t know what I was missing out on until I used this grater. This a great gadget to have in the kitchen that will encourage you to cook more.

This thing sounds just great. The way I’m currently doing it, grating parmesan is a cardio-core workout. I burn more calories grating than I can possibly shave of the block. Bravo for easy grating tools!

haha how are you currently doing it. There are lots of different types of microplanes, I got the fine grated above, and it really makes it easy to grate hard cheese.

I bought mine from Bed, Bath and Beyond for $20, but a few weeks later I saw them on Amazon for less than $12. I should post a pic of what it does to a block of parmesano reggiano today.
