Day 4!
This is getting easier.
I had quite a busy schedule today, it’s kind of neat that I could pack my lunch, dinner and snacks all in my laptop bag.
My energy level was still good today. I think I average 7-8 hours of sleep during this reset, a couple hours more than usual. That could probably be one of the reasons I didn’t need any caffeine to get me through the day.
This is day 4.
Breakfast: Strawberry shake, health pack
The usual breakfast.
Day Snack: Oatmeal bar
Today I ate this bar not because I wanted to chew, but because I got hungry. That was a first in 4 days.
Lunch: Chocolate Shake
Yup! Chocolate Shake! No vanilla. My friend had some extra chocolate shake laying around, I took that instead.
Afternoon snack: cherry tomatoes, half of peanut butter bar
I got hungry again! This is weird. The snacks were able to last me until dinner.
Exercise: 15 min bike riding
This was supposed to be a 1 hour bike ride along the seawall, but it was cut short because my friend had a head on collision with another biker. I saw both of them flew in front of me when it happened, pretty crazy. Lesson learned: Keep your heads up and eyes forward when biking!
Dinner: Chocolate shake, health pack, the rest of peanut butter bar, frozen grapes
The usual dinner. This time I almost forgot to take the health pack. Frozen grapes are pretty awesome.
Just 1 more day to go, booya! Fighting off temptations today was really easy. I was able to watch other people cook and eat, sit in the same kitchen where people made banana breads. Normally the smell of baked goods would just get me, but not today! Maybe the day after tomorrow.
