This week we were invited to a media only event for the first annual Stack the Rack benefit at Ensemble.
During this media only event we learned about Stack the Rack and also had a taste of all the food and wine that will be presented at the event. At this benefit, you will be able to sample at least 5 different wines from Marquis Wine Cellars, you will also enjoy very delicious appetizers prepared by Canada’s Top Chef Dale Mackay.
We especially enjoyed Marquis Wine Cellars‘s Sparkling and Riesling. I personally loved Dale Mackay’s sweet and sour eggplants, beef carpaccio, onion veloute, and pork sliders.
There are only 100 tickets available and tickets are selling out fast. This is a great event to taste good food, and stock up on tasty wines. For every ticket you purchase, you would get a $50 voucher for the wines at the event as well as a $75 tax deductible receipt. All proceed will benefit QMUNITY. Don’t come if you don’t plan to buy wine, seriously.
