Dee

One thing you need to know about reading Dee’s posts is that he’s allergic to all seafood, peanuts and cashews, so take his Japanese reviews for what it’s worth (:P). He’s been recently trying out some seafood on occasion for the love of food. He’s found out that he can eat Calamari, imitation crab (which is still seafood!), and some types of fish. The keys to his foodie heart are melt-in-your-mouth fatty meat, braised short ribs, caramel, pasta, and BUTTER!

He’s also been building up his culinary gadgets and cookbook collections to cook more, and get a better understanding of cuisines.
