After watching 4th of July fireworks, my friends and I hopped into a cab and asked the cab driver to bring us to “The best deep dish pizza in town”. The cab driver dropped us off at Gino’s East and reassured us, that this place has the best pizza in Chicago.

I went to Harry Caray’s Tavern for dinner when I visited Navy Pier in Chicago. It was one of the places I ate at while in Chiacgo purely because of its convenience. I was at Navy Pier for a least a couple hours, and this place seemed busy the whole time we were there so we took that as a good sign.

First time visiting Chicago, I was super excited about trying those deep dish pizzas. Giordano’s Pizza is probably the most well known place for deep dish pies in Chicago. I thought Giordano’s was just 1 particular restaurant, but it turned out that it’s quite a franchise within downtown Chicago. I saw about 4 Giordano restaurants in downtown Chicago alone.
