Pubs in Surrey, BC
Wild Wing, a popular franchise restaurant in Ontario, opened it’s first BC location in Surrey a couple weeks ago. This place is really good for watching sports because there have lots of TVs all around the restaurant. We were there for UFC 159, and were super lucky to be seated right away at the packed restaurant; totally walked it at the right time.
On Saturday, me and a couple of friends were looking for a place to watch the UFC Jones vs Evans PPV fight. At first we went to Green Timbers Pub right by my house which normally shows the UFC, but for some reason they weren’t that day. So we quickly drove to the next closest place at Fleetwood Arms. Like most pubs, you seat yourself, and try to get the best view of the TV screens. We ended up sitting in the patio.
Dublin’s Crossing is right across from my friend’s place in Cloverdale. They’ve been there a couple times and said it was pretty good. We decided to try it out last Sunday. It was some what empty that day, at least in the front of the house. It is a pretty big restaurant though, with lots of tables further back, outside, and they also have a second floor.
