A while ago I came across a food blog‘s post on Mini corn dog muffins. I thought they were fun snacks so I bookmarked the link and figured I’d make it someday. My version of the recipe is sort of the cheater version of the original’s, and I was able to make a dozen of these in just 15 minutes including prep time.
After an early day at the driving range Beipas wanted to make a quick lunch while she was baking the Strawberry Crumble bars. I quickly looked through Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution cookbook. His Cherry Tomato Sauce with Cheat’s Fresh Pasta recipe seemed really simple, with just a few ingredients that we needed to purchase.
A few days ago I stumbled upon a blog post for Strawberry Crumble Bar recipe from Theniftyfoodie. Since strawberries are on sale everywhere this time of the year, I decided to give this recipe a try. All the ingredients are really easy to find, but I did some adjustments to the original recipe.
I’ve been wanting to make my own muesli for a while, especially after my Europe trip where I had one of the best mueslis I’ve ever had.
We are a bit late to the party, but for St. Patrick’s day we wanted to make Guinness Stew. The beer was bought, but then we got lazy. We finally went ahead with our plans this past weekend and used a recipe from the FoodWishes website.

Jamie Oliver’s Green Curry Crispy Chicken is yet another awesome recipe to make for an awesome dinner. In around 60 minutes we made super yummy 2x the crispy chicken in the recipe, green coconut curry, rice noodles, kimchee slaw, and prawn chips with dipping sauce.
Few weeks ago we had another team meal, this time it was Jamie Oliver’s Summer Veg Lasagne. This was a quick meal compared to the other ones we tried out. I was most impressed by the mango frozen ice cream that we made in just 1 minute, really, fresh ice cream in 1 minute.
It’s been a while, but we were happy to try out another one of Jamie Oliver’s 30 minute meals. This time we tried his Tasty Crusted Cod meal.
I’ve made this Jamie Oliver’s Jambalaya a couple times already. It has became one of my favorite rice dishes that I can quickly make for my friends or family and impress them at the same time.
Yup it’s another Jamie Oliver 30 minute meal night. This time we made his Jerk Chicken for Grammy night, which was something I wanted to do. He’s so enthusiastic in the video, and it’s hilarious. You have to watch how he talks about the yogurt in the second part of the video!
