Last day! I can’t wait, and I’m so excited to eat meat tomorrow. I’ll write a post-reset blog too.
I woke up today at 138 lbs again. I’m assuming because at around 9PM I ate a mango, and then tomato with green onions and cilantro. I was so happy to have flavour! I need to try not to eat vegetables alone. Herbs do a lot. Tomatoes are awesome.
I had a feeling drinking my last shake at 9:30PM would cause something weird. I actually gained 0.5 pounds in the day. I ate a bit more fruits and vegetables than on Tuesday, and also didn’t have time to workout, so I guess that could’ve caused the extra gain. I was hungry in the morning, but I typically do get hungrier earlier in the day when I eat something late at night. That being said though, the hunger went away, and I didn’t have my first shake until 10 in the morning.
I woke up feeling like I’ve lost weight, and a bit weaker. Turns out I lost another 2 pounds (not just 1). I blame it on the 40 minutes of walking at lunch time, and my workout yesterday. Thank god today is going to be an arm workout day. Sucks that my scale says I’m still 15% fat. That thing must be lying.
Went to sleep last night at about 11:30PM, and I could already feel like I was getting sick. I think my entire family, and even my brother’s family is sick, so I guess it’s a bit tough to fight it when everyone around me is sick. I remember almost getting sick a couple weeks ago. My throat was getting sore, but I continued to take my HealthPak’s and Proflavanol and I didn’t get sick.
This time Beipas and I are doing it together, but probably for different reasons. I have put on about 10-15 pounds since last year, but it’s welcomed weight. I actually don’t want to lose 5 pounds during this 5 day reset, but if I do, it’s not that big of a deal because I’m pretty sure I can get it back.
Lesley Stowe just released her new line of Raincoast cookies a few weeks ago. We unfortunately couldn’t make it to the tasting and launch, but we were lucky enough to receive a bunch of her cookies in the mail. The cookies come in 3 flavours

I was first introduced to O.N.E Coconut water at my bikrams yoga class. It was a drink highly recommended by all the yoga instructors to keep you hydrated during and after the class. Ever since I bought my first O.N.E Coconut water juice box, I was hooked.
Day 5, it’s the last day!
The last day was just as hard as the first! It’s just the knowing of tomorrow I get to ease back into normal food just gets me too excited.
Day 4!
This is getting easier.
I had quite a busy schedule today, it’s kind of neat that I could pack my lunch, dinner and snacks all in my laptop bag.
My energy level was still good today. I think I average 7-8 hours of sleep during this reset, a couple hours more than usual. That could probably be one of the reasons I didn’t need any caffeine to get me through the day.
Day 3, Hump day!
I kind of felt great today, knowing there’s only going to be 2 days left after today. I’m almost there!
Day 2! What it’s only day 2? urghhh.
The day seems a lot longer when I am on Usana Reset.
